Set up Wopi and learn your way around the app.

Add your first pet

  1. Open the Home tab and follow prompts to create a pet profile, or go to Profile to manage pets.
  2. Add your pet’s name, species, breed, and birthday if you know it-you can edit these anytime.
  3. Your home screen surfaces reminders and shortcuts based on each pet’s records.

What is Wopi?

Wopi is a pet health companion app. You can track medications, vet visits, preventive care, weight, walks, and more-with reminders so important care does not slip through the cracks.

Which platforms is Wopi on?

Wopi is available on iOS (and Android when listed). Install the app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with the same account on each device.

Account & pets

Sign-in, profiles, and tracking more than one pet.

Sign in with Apple or Google

  1. On the sign-in screen, choose Sign in with Apple or Google.
  2. Use the same method next time-your pet data stays tied to that account.
  3. If you switch devices, sign in with the same provider to restore access.

FAQs

Can I have more than one pet?

Yes. Wopi supports multiple pet profiles so you can manage each pet’s health separately. Some plans may limit how many pets you can add-check Premium in the app for current limits.

How do I update my pet’s profile?

Go to Profile (or your pet’s detail area from Home), open the pet you want to edit, and change name, photo, breed, or birthday. Changes save to your account.

Medications & reminders

Set up a medication reminder

  1. Open Medications and add a medication with dose and schedule.
  2. Allow notifications when prompted so reminders can fire on time.
  3. Mark doses as taken when you give them-this improves adherence history and analytics where available.

FAQs

Why am I not getting medication reminders?

Check iOS or Android Settings → Notifications for Wopi and ensure alerts are allowed. In the app, confirm each reminder is scheduled and that Do Not Disturb or Focus modes are not blocking notifications.

What is medication adherence?

Adherence reflects how consistently doses are logged on schedule. In Premium, you may see analytics that summarize this over time-useful for vet visits.

Health & preventive care

Vet visits, vaccines, and staying ahead of due dates.

Track preventive care due dates

  1. Open Preventive care (or the relevant section from Home).
  2. Add items such as vaccines, flea and tick, or heartworm with due dates.
  3. Enable reminders so you get a nudge before something is due.

FAQs

How do vet appointments work in the app?

You can log past and upcoming vet visits with notes. Use reminders if you want a notification before the appointment.

Where is the health journal?

Health journal features live under the Health area of the app (naming may vary by version). Use it to note symptoms or observations between visits.

Walks & weight

Log activity and monitor weight over time.

Log a walk

  1. Open Walks, choose or add a walker if you use that feature, then log duration and notes.
  2. Review history to see past walks per pet.

Track weight

  1. Open Weight from the app’s navigation.
  2. Add an entry with date and weight; charts show trends over time on supported plans.

Is weight tracking included for everyone?

Weight and growth tracking may be part of Premium. Check the subscription screen in the app for what your plan includes.

Restore a subscription (new phone or reinstall)

  1. Open Settings or the subscription area in the app.
  2. Use Restore purchases (wording may vary) and sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used to buy.
  3. Wait for confirmation; if access does not return, contact support with your receipt email.

What does Premium include?

Premium typically unlocks advanced features such as health trends, medication analytics, data export, vet PDF reports, weight tracking, preventive care calendar, custom notification schedules, achievements, and more. The in-app paywall lists the current set for your region.

Who charges me for Premium?

Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google through in-app purchase. Manage or cancel from your phone’s subscription settings.

FAQs

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Profile → scroll below Log out → Delete account. That permanently removes your data from our systems. Without the app, you can also use the data deletion page linked from our website footer.

Where is your Privacy Policy?

Visit wopi.club/privacy for full details on data we collect, third-party services (such as Supabase, RevenueCat, analytics, and crash reporting), and your rights.

FAQs

The app will not sign me in

Check network connectivity, update Wopi to the latest version, and try the same sign-in method you used originally. If Apple or Google shows an error, retry after a minute or update your device OS.

Data looks out of date or missing

Pull to refresh on list screens where available, confirm you are viewing the correct pet, and check that you are online. If something still looks wrong, contact support with your account email and what you expected to see.
